2. The problem people have is that we equate dignity with money. Those folks in the film "know" what is important! amazing stuff!! I live in Canada near big parks in Eastern Ontario! This is planet of ours is amazing place! Please forget being slaves folks! Forget the money shit .Some of it is of course required but perhaps living in communal society , sharing meals and working together can do the trick ? !!! Happy New Year to ALL!!!!

4. I've been looking at doing something like this for a few years now. I have two young children and I just feel that my work life balance is all wrong! our dream was to buy and renovate a bus and live on that, we would have no mortgage or excessive rent so I could work less and spend more time with my family. Unfortunately it seems that it's practically impossible to live off grid in the UK!

6. from my experience of life i find that the work you put of doing today is the work you will have to do later when you are older.
   i have worked hard for twenty years to buy 54 acres of land it had a five bed room house on it that i rent out i built a small cottage that is of grid so i can live of the rent from the main house and i get rent from the farmer next door for most of the land i have my own animals for food...i find my way the best way of doing it. i have a spring on my land that gives me more water than i will ever need and i have started a small indigenous tree nursery i sell the trees on the side of the road for another income. good luck to you all..i hope this helps.

8. Not accessable to anyone in the UK every inch of land is owned, guarded and you would need 100s of thousands and years and friends in high places to ever get a log cabin up without it being torn down by the council and you harrassed by police and wealthy snobs.

I never feel sorry for people who are stressed out of their mind because of their loans, mortgage, huge bills, and just working every moment of their life to make ends meet. It's insane, and they chose to live like that. There's no security when the life you're living is making you sick and miserable.
15. Wow! What a way to cripple your child's future. There is nothing quite like being isolated from society to really make sure it can't develop the proper skills to survive in the modern world. Glad you decided to worry more about yourself than your own child!

17. Too many humans strive to have monetary wealth and make themselves "pretty" so others won't dis them. Not fun goals in actuality. We need to value other people more (and that's a tough goal lol but...).
