yes i know i have listened to your videos about the financing it is still a lot of other investment to get a location going though, its just a lot ot work through. I do plan still on visiting soon, it would not have done any good to visit already before i am ready to buy anyways... i really like this place having the spring and a rural road. I will check out your website later today i have to go burn some wood at the moment.
