Bought the neighbor's house in a foreclosure, took down the house, cut down a bunch of huge old trees to let the sun in and now preparing to animal farm and garden and water retention.

Another word is "husbandry" for Mr. Salatins style of farming. I like it.

Joel is a great speaker and can motivate even the laziest person to get up and do something for the environment!

- Make just enough money to pay your property taxes. :)
- 40 years ago, everyone knew that the skin and fat of chickens was good for you! (And on a pasture-fed chicken that has not been dusted with toxins, or had it's bedding dusted with toxins, or raised on medicated feed... that eats bugs & grass along with a healthy ration, that gets sunshine and fresh air - it IS!) Not to mention that the skin and bone adds a lot of flavor!
