Those DIVCO trucks were great. We used to get milk, chocolate milk, cottage cheese, and orange drink up to the mid 1960's delivered to our house.

I wonder how long it took for the Horses to learn the Route (when to walk, where to stop)?

Thank you so much for finding this film. It literally made me cry (which I admit is weird for an industrial film). My father ran a milk route for 30 years, he started out with a horse and wagon. The only difference I see is that when most of the milkmen were shown walking. My dad RAN. The last milkman on the video was moving fast like my dad. Anyway, thanks so much for posting this.
