We live on a farm and are blessed to have land, but I LOVE how these videos encourage everyone to participate in the production of their own food. It shows that no matter where you live you can make a difference. Keep the videos coming. Great job Whole Foods.

Nice lady! She remind's me of my grandmother the way she grew up on the farm milking cows and doing farm work. I watched the video two times because Grow is such an inspiration to me. The food network needs a show like this not some cheezy reality show about food trucks.
