I am the daughter of a hard working farmer who still owns few mango trees which used to be mango farm years ago. I am totally crazy about Mango Fruit and my hubby took me to International Mango Festival 2015 at Fairchild Homestead Miami Florida and I have to say, it was one of the best festival i have ever attended. It was fun and so much informative. During my last trip to Miami, I visited Fruit and Spice park which has many exotic fruits from around the world in their farm. bello please don't follow this lady on the right way to eat mangos because it's totally wrong. I would advise you to peel the mango them eat.

I suggest you put this mango shelled the blender with ice water, then you take the excess fribras with a sieve and take this wonderful iced juice. I'm from Brazil and here's what not missing and this fruit here and has more than 10 kinds of mango.
