Monsanto employee Zellipah Githui created a "buzz" in her home village in Kenya when she returned bringing hybrid corn seeds, fertilizer and the services of an agronomist to help improve the lives of women farmers and their families. By starting small, the program is growing based on the success in the field -- one woman, one family, one village.
