The most important block of any building in any foundation is the first one. It's the biggest one. It's a long term approach to doing things very well for a long period of time. It's not a sprint. It's a marathon kind of thing. And getting to the marathon where you are consistently doing well. If you're consistently doing well and you're doing things precisely, then the ribbons start coming. And just, he's been able to kind of hold my hand without babying me and helping me progress as a rider. The reason that we just fell in love with The Pavilion was the chemistry that was very evident, very quickly between Eric Hasbrouck and my daughter who is a competitive rider. Having someone who has ridden at a world class level, been involved with sport all over the world, he has an ethic that sorta started from where he came from in the sport. I represented our country. It was the proudest moment. I've been fortunate enough to do that all over the world at most of the big horse shows around, but I was able to represent the United States at the World Championships in Rome. And that was for sure the highlight of my career. There's a lot of things that make The Pavilion unique. First of all, it's a medium sized operation. We're very personal. But just strictly the facility itself, Diana built a beautiful stable here. It was very well designed. The indoor ring is connected to the barn. So we can operate, you know, 365 days a year on a top level. What's special about our training approach is, I would say, number one that the horses come first. They're very, very powerful. They're very smart. They're very sensitive. They're like people. They're all different. They wanna try for you really hard. They have big hearts. We're sort of creating a spot where people can learn, train, excel, and actually take their own capabilities to places they didn't actually know that they could do. And to me, that is bliss.
