The movie story deals with Honest and upright Assistant Commissioner of Police, Sidarth has a tough assignment: arresting the son of prominent and influential gangster, Shobhraj. Shobhraj uses his influence with the politician in power, Om Gautam, who does not give in to Shobhraj's pressure, and neither does ACP Sidarth. Sidharth has a adopted son named Deva, pursuing his education and his love for the beautiful Sharmila. Both Sidharth and Deva's lives will face challenges when Sidharth's son, Karan, is arrested by the police - charged with murder - a charge that may lead him to the gallows or the electric chair.
