I forgot to mention that farms will not develop if they are surrounded by roads. It's better to have one or two roads touching the zone instead, like in the video. well i have have try a lot to discovered why i do the same as i saw o«in video and dont work (even use farm ordinances)..and the problem was in my simcity 3000 unlimit i change from desert land to green and farm work lol same as ice dont work at lest for me...idk if land give more probability or not all i know i change from desert land to green and work like a charm...i hope help any have the same problem as me...and the video is great by the way!!!

They went through the trouble of letting you separately zone landfill, they should of allowed farm zoning too :/

dont if your computer is up to date enough but civ 5 gods and kings civ games would be call if you have had experience with it
