http://www.thelovevitamin.com/?p=2614 - In this video I show you how much grass fed beef I got for my money upon getting it delivered from a local farm. For the full article on how to buy grass fed beef from a farm, click here: http://www.thelovevitamin.com/2614/buying-grass-fed-beef/ Disclaimer: If you are vegan or vegetarian, I wouldn't recommend watching this video due to all the raw meat. That would be about 50 bucks worth of meat in the US

Ahoy mite. You don't have an Australian accent.

Is Lamb grass fed? I know they are not mass produced such as chickens or turkeys but I often wonder what they are actually fed.

Very cool website I usually buy it for $5 to seven dollars but most of the time it's ground so I like the cuts of meat better then the ground if I can get it.

Gosh, this makes me appreciate the beef we have here in Ireland all the more, which is all grass fed in summer-silage in winter. It's simply cheaper for farmers to grass feed their animals here and of course it's readily available as green fields are everywhere :-)

Great information! We should all take note to the importance of what is in our food sources! I found not only grass fed beef but really raw cheese and the best probiotic yogurt made in the United States. They ship from the farm to your door! thanks for your video.

I want to hang out and eat grass fed beef with you on days that end in ' y '

I can do it. I guess over time those sugary things probably don't taste as good as they used too haha. Like when I cut out caffeine a year ago, I won't touch the stuff now.

im really considering buying your ebook next paycheck i get, which i am VERY excited for. For the time being though, I have been eating as healthy as possible. Meaning fruits, veggies, salads, very little sweets and as little "fatty" meat as possible. Or for example, instead of frying my fish (which i love) i have just been baking it. Its really hard for me, but I am determined to get my skin clear. My question is what do you eat if you really want deserts or something?? lol

If you like the grass fed beef please give Bison / Buffalo a try if you can find a good source! Bison has less fat, calories, and cholesterol per serving than beef or even chicken! And I like the taste of bison even more than the grass fed beef I have been eating for years now. I just found your channel this evening, you seem like a very kind soul and you're pretty cute too :)

wow man, I always thought kill-o-grams were threatening letters. Organ meat is the most tasty, but not healthy unless you go sparingly with it. Tongue is amazing, but you have to boil it 3.5 to 4 hours. Heart is yummie in stew or fried after you beat the hell out of it & bread it, send a kill-o-gram first as warning, it's only right.

I could never pull it off, but your hair looks cool. :)

All that meat looks amazing! I think its great that the most healthy meats - the organs - are also the cheapest, yet have the most nutrients. I am willing to eat organ meats as long as they are worth "acquiring" the taste for them :]
