Being in Idaho, we have the luxury of being located to one of the best hop growing regions in the world. Just 45 minutes from Wilder, Idaho, Payette has been sourcing wet hops during hop harvest from Gooding Farms for six years. Each year, Payette produces three fresh hop beers available on draft for a limited time during hop harvest.
