From Live Green Tennessee - Season 6, Episode 3 Holdout Farm is situated on 10 acres in Sunbright, Tennessee. In 2007, Robert Olive moved from Atlanta to the property to begin his dream of becoming a Homesteader. Robert and his wife, Rachel raise goats, grow crops and take pride in living off the land. Currently Holdout Farm produces a surplus of products like raw goat milk and has many loyal customers who appreciate their products. For the most part, the Olive's live off the grid and are no strangers to hard work as a way of life in Morgan County. East Tennessee PBS' Chris Smith takes us to this farm.

Pretty awesome. I spent most of my summers in Sunbright with my Grandparents. Arnold and Edith Jones. He owned the Gulf Station in town. Great memories ❤️❤️

Nice place they have there. I would love something like that. Idon't necessarily want to be off the grid but I love being as sustainable as comfortable, lol. I know that's shameful but I want AC and freezers. I think that requires grid power. Anyway, Iove what they are doing there. Janice

I've read through much of this guy's blog. What he and his family do is pretty awesome, I think.
