This is a family tradition we've been doing for many years. We go to a local Christmas tree farm in early November and pick out our tree. The way it works at this farm, people tag their trees, and come back in December and cut them down...

Ok, thanks Steve :), we usually go a lot that you don't get to tag your tree ahead of time you just pick one and cut it down, but it is far from where we live now so we are looking for a new place to go and are going to try Hogans this year, because of you lol. ;). Merry Christmas.

Hi there, is this place only open on weekends????

Cool - Grant (Mr. Hogan) was going to keep an eye out for you! Track him down and say hi - I got him to watch this. Maybe we'll see you at cuttin' time!

This is funny. Married to an East Coaster and was looking for a new improved donair recipe and came across yours...told my wife that this vid looks legit. I made it and was waiting for the meat to cool. Then I saw this vid. 'Mr. Hogan' is my father-in-law! My wife and I come back every X-mas to help with the trees. Hope you come back this year and do a video of the tree cutting! Would be great to meet you! There from Dec 6-17. I am the 38 year old helper w/ goatee! Donair was awesome!
