Eddie grew up playing hockey in the Newburyport Youth Hockey League and also with the North Shore Raiders and the Middlesex Islanders. Eddie Hill At the age of 15, Hill played Junior Hockey for the Tyngsboro Huskies of the Eastern Junior League. At the age of 16 he became the youngest player in the United States Hockey League (USHL) for the Green Bay Gamblers. In his first year, he helped Green Bay to win the Junior A National Championship, Hill was named Captain the following season. Hill signed with the Barrie Colts of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) the following year and was drafted by the Nashville Predators in the second round (61st overall) in the 1999 NHL Entry Draft held at the Fleet Center in Boston. After two seasons, including one Championship in the OHL, Hill signed an NHL contract with the Carolina Hurricanes. Hill played eight years of pro hockey, which included attending five NHL training camps and playing in the farm systems of the Carolina Hurricanes, St. Louis Blues and the Phoenix Coyotes. Hill also played internationally in Germany, Austria, and England. Hill has since retired and returned to his roots in Newburyport, MA. He started Hill Hockey Clinic in 2009. Eddie now shares his passion and love for the game by coaching and training players of all ages. Kelly Olson is a native of Little Canada, MN. She began playing hockey at the age of 5, Kelly played on the boy's hockey team, up to Midget level. Kelly Olson Olson graduated from Roseville Area High School and helped lead the team to the Minnesota State Championship Title in 1996. A two-year Captain, Kelly was a finalist for the coveted Ms. Hockey Award in 1997. Following high school, Olson attended the University of Minnesota. She recorded the first-ever shot on goal, for the Women's Hockey Program in the school's history. Kelly helped guide the Golden Gophers to a National Championship Title in 2000 & WCHA Title in 2001. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Olson spent five years as a girl's high school hockey coach and remained an active player before moving to Newburyport, MA. Kelly helped lead her team to the Minnesota Senior Women's State Hockey Championship Title in 2003. Olson spent one season coaching in the Newburyport Youth Hockey Association, she currently serves as a Head Coach for the U-12 North Shore Vipers out of Tewksbury, MA. Kelly is also a Director of Hill Hockey Clinic.
