Massive oil flare burns 24/7 hidden in a top-open oil tank on Witt Farm since February 2013. Now the volatiles and gases of at least 6 wells are burned off within the Adrian city borders. Flares are known to produce toxic and cancerous fumes that pose health hazards within at least a 2-miles radius around the flare.

Yes and that makes it OK? Lot of cancerous and poisonous stuff!
-
the "tank" is simply a chimney for the flare.

Such a tiny head for the stroke it's pulling... Might this pumpjack be a 456?
-
You are wrong on this. This is not a tank . The top is cut off and at this time all natural gas and VOCs of 8 oil wells were burned off at the button of this "chimney".

that is not a flare it is gas venting from the tank
