Video from the EC funded SARNISSA project www.sarnissa.org showing Harvesting of tilapia at the Egyptian Aquaculture Centre. Egypt is the leading producer of farmed tilapia in Africa and as can be seen in the video the fish is sold widely across Egypt in supermarkets and other outlets .
