Actually there is a potshot glitch that if you mess around and wait longer you have a chance to get 19k money and 4000 rp. Try it!

Wait five or ten minutes before turning the van in. You get max 19,550 dollars. Trust me. The bullshiting aroun after collecting the van pays off.
