I think that you would like the "flow hive" best

i like everything except for the news paper in the worm beds. news paper has toxic inks and chems that i would not want my worms to eat, which ultimately i would eat. the best medium for worm beds is leaves, straw, pulled weeds, a little dirt, and kitchen scraps. amazingly, worms like fat scraps too. love the bee hive glass view port.

why didn't they companion plant? carrots with the tomatos etc....
-
you could make view ports on warri hive too , mine has them

Hey there John: Sad to report that here in Bryan, TX, have seen 2 bees maybe 10 butterflies total & 1 Hummer. Sadly, I am having to face the fact that last year's drought/over months of above 100 degree heat has taken it's toll along with the fact that farmers keep using manufactured hybrid seeds and plants (GMO). Without bees, butterflies and hummers...how can those of us facing this problem help our gardens? Have raised bed veg/fruit garden containers LOVE your videos!

John - love all of your videos. Thanks for showing us that people can grow food with a little land, a lot of work, and some creative ideas. You're an inspiration.

Thanks John, very nice!

@ScubaSteve6785 The 2nd hives were Langstroths, the most common in the US and maybe Canada. There are lots os suppliers of assembled and unassembled hives. Probably the largest supplier is Dadante. Your local bees association is cheap to join and invaluable! Bees multiply crop yields. That's why farmers pay to have hives brought in at specific times. Bees are not like hornets who are, seemingly, aggressive for no reason.
