Lord. the nutrients they eat are not "passed on" to us. you slaughter them and try to deem it ethical because you're using "proper" methods of production. the problem is they're not a product they are sentient beings, like humans, but in tune to nature in a way we no longer are. we are not carnivorous, we are not omnivorous, we were intended to eat fruits and vegetables and plant based proteins before making tools we were not predators, we did not kill animals with claws and fangs. to be strong as an ox, eat what the ox eats, not the ox himself. ✌
