For 100 adult goats you would need 15 square feet per goat, that means their pasture would need to be 1,500 square feet. I'm not sure what you mean by desing.

Cont.. scour when on Powder milk replacement, which is messy business. They don't get the nutrients they need either. When bottle feeding, it's better to use goat milk or whole cows milk. Every kids' needs are different depending on weight, size, breed, and many other things. You're right, it's not easy and time consuming which is why it's probably getting done improperly. I could go on and on, but I'll stop here and suggest you do some research on goats if you do or ever plan to own some.

Cont.. own to feed off them. With the amount of kids that are born at a commercial goat farm like that, you're wrong about a few does being able to feed all the goats. Does usually have 1 or 2 kids, but it is not uncommon for them to have 3 or 4 kids during one pregnancy. One doe can feed three kids at the most, and even then you are REALLY pushing it, it's better for them to only feed 1 or 2. Powder milk replacer is one of the top killers of goat kids, it's unhealthy for their rumen and they

There is very much sad about the goats. Just because they are kept to be milked doesn't mean they should be overcrowded, forced to live in feces, and fed improperly. They are probably not bottle feeding the kids enough, which is a BIG problem, there is nothing wrong with bottle feeding kids PROPERLY, but there are just too many there to be fed properly, I am sure some are getting left out. You are also wrong about dam raising kids also. More does than not will not allow kids that aren't their

fed twice daily. Goats have three stomachs and a rumen, the rumen is what allows the goat to digest food and is very sensitive. In order for the rumen to stay healthy and in working order the goats need to have free choice of hay or pasture all day. I do not see any water troughs although they are probably there, I doubt that they are clean and fresh. I would say that the care of the kids is just as bad if not worse, as kids require more care than adult goats. This is a sickening sight.

The goats seem to be overcrowded and I bet the smell of the urine and feces is unbearable. Goats need at least 15 square feet per goat, I'm not sure how many goats are in that confined barn, but I do know that there is not 15 square feet per goat. As for feeding, silage is not good for goats, they should be getting alfalfa hay, especially if they are being milked. Alfalfa should be out all day (off the ground) so that they have free choice of it all day. A cup or two of food per goat should be

This is a good and tidy farm the goats are not over crowded at all and they are student not hired workers
-
Goats should be fed silage very rarely and prefer to eat with food elevated, low feed interferes with proper transfer of feeds to correct stomach. Farm is run to much like a cow dairy.

any one knwo about good supplier of milk goats esp in spain

They did not show the goats being milked. Do they was the teats of the Goats? Do the udders get squeezed to stimulate them to start the dripping of teats or they just apply the suction cups just as they reach the goat. That definitely would injure many teats.
-
There was nothing sad about the goats or the kids. Goats are kept to be milked. So what is sad about kids being fed with bottles. Only they do not have to do that. They do not have to match goats with the kids. A few goats could feed all the kids. Unless you buy powder milk for feeding the kids. But then you'd have to milk the powder with water. That is not easy and time consuming.

You have too many goats. Too man Goat kids that need to be bottle fed. You could do 2 things. Teach the kids two drink from the bucket. Better still reserve a few goats for feeding the kids two kids at a time. That way you would not need to have humans feed the kids with bottles. That would also make Pita happy and you would get more people to buy your milk.

Wow, I don't know much about goats but this seemed sad!
