What upsets me the most is what obviously most people don't even think about . There are only two states and the entire US that have the capability of supplying Americans with food 12 months out of the year those two states are Florida and California because they have the climate and the capability of growing a spring crop as well as a fall crop they virtually can harvest year around . Florida is losing thousands of acres per year to development over 1000 people are moving to Florida each day there is 20.1 million people living in Florida California is losing 3800 acres of farmland per year to development and they are also in a huge drought . Because of the overpopulation in Florida and California we now get 71% of our food from overseas . Florida used to be the number one beef producing state in the entire country now china has come up with a product to replace meat . Florida and California are also the only two states in the entire US that have the capability of growing citrus Florida has lost 70% of its citrus groves in the last 10 years to development . Currently 17 million children go to bed each night and this country hungry which is unacceptable to me . I believe that the people who moved to Florida have good intentions there just extremely ignorant of the facts if anyone knows of any farmer in the US that is harvesting in January that is not in Florida or California please let me know I'll be on the next flight out because I want to see it with my own eyes . We are right behind Venezuela sadly enough .

Gary !!! I greatly enjoyed this video! Your advice and the way you acknowledge, value and honor nature is greatly inspiring. Thank you for creating and sharing this video!

This video has been uploaded for 4 years now and yet the FDA is in its way to fully legalize GMO salmon. BTW, organic farming that relies on "importing" organic matter from outside of your own land is not going to be sustainable. Unless you can produce a sufficient amount of organic matter on your own land, eventually no one can obtain any organic matter elsewhere if we all do organic farming. The only solution is "natural farming", not organic farming. Someone prefers "permaculture"; however, it is significantly different from natural farming. Be careful of what you practice!

Fantastic video. Thanks for sharing! Good to see America is fighting back re protecting the foods we eat! Wish they were that productive here in the UK. Even our Organic foods contain Gluten, when naturally they are not meant to! I love the American Earthships!

I like what he says, but this dude's a fanatic, and the exception to the rule. I think you need money to live the way he wants us to live.

Organic is a word and word people use to much today. When it comes down to it there is nothing 100% organic.
