We grow 30 Hectres of flowers and green foliage almost half and half. The green foliage is mainly Aralia along with some Pitos and Aspidistra. Ont he flowers side we have Waxflower, Phlox, Calla Lilly and Sandersonia. We have 7 special varieties of Waxflower from Australia like My Sweet Sixteen, Moonlight Delight, Sarah Delight, Raspberry Ripple and so on. Phlox we have some unique varieties like Green Lady Phlox that was developed in our farm. We also grow 2 other varieties from a Dutch breeder. Sandersonia is our first year and we are into our 2nd year with Calla Lilly. We work with Bloomz New Zealand. We supply our flowers by order all over the world, US, Australia, Japan, Russia, Scandinavia, just name it... Here at Gafni Farms, we use a very advanced sorting machine that uses 2 color cameras and one infra-red camera, we can sort our flowers by length, stem width, weight, whatever our client desires. Each client gives us their parameters, we put it inside the computer, and we can sort the same product to each client exactly how they wish to get it. Then we get feedback from the client, we can change we change the parameters in the software, until they get the exact product they pay for.
