Every year during the hop harvest we visit our hop growers out in Yakima Valley, Washington, to select the hops that we will use the following year. This year we brought a camera along to document our trip so craft beer enthusiasts could get an inside look at what goes into the harvesting, processing and selection of hops. This video allows enthusiasts to feel like they're hanging out with our brewers Jeremy and Laura as they visit different farms, walk through hop fields and evaluate Simcoe, Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo and more varieties. This video captures our first week out in Yakima as well as some footage from our local farms here in Michigan. Special thanks to the following companies who let us film during the harvest: Hopunion, Barth-Haas Group, Virgil Gamache Farms, Carpenter Ranches, The Segal Ranch, Yakima Chief, CLS Farms and Roy Farms. Also thanks to our other farming partners that we weren't able to visit with our camera. Music: Jim or Jason by Valentiger Jericho by The Fauxgrass Quartet
