Fossil Farms hosted a group of chefs from NY and NJ to tour one of our partnered family farms, Roaming Acres, in Sussex County, N.J. in August 2015. We wanted the chefs to understand how our philosophies of 'Farm to Table' and 'Snout to Tail' meant to us. Our goal was to further chefs knowledge and awareness of how we partner with small family farms to raise animals in their natural environments.
