@Andrew Archibald: we have reported on users' difficulties in getting maintenance on C&F turbines in the UK and the company has told us that they have now solved those issues with additional capacity. Going through a reputable local installer and service provider is always important when buying any kind of equipment, including wind turbines. C&F turbines are a load of junk. only deliver half the output they say they do, break down all the time and when they do break down you will be waiting weeks for an engineer to sort it. Servicing is extorshonate and if you dont get it serviced your warranty is invalid. Dont go near the company

Do not buy a c&f turbine. Had terrible problems with it breaking down and waiting weeks on end for someone to sort it. Live on at site with an average windspeed of 8 mps and the c&f 20kw turbine delivered half the output they claim. At all costs stay clear of the company
