This may well be only a training exercise,but I thought they would have used the same care and attention to detail as if it were a real crime scene? Such as extending the excavation to and beyond the border of the original grave and to have proceeded down a level at a time making a record of all finds and their position,as well as sifting the excavated material.In this video of their training exercise very little of what should be done in the field is being conducted.

I vividly remember the body farm when I attended the National Forensic Academy. This place is amazing! They are totally professional there and I learned a great deal about the decomp process. Hope they keep up the good work!
