Peronally i dont even bother leasing, I find it better to buy and when they get to expensie to run just sell

I believe your information about operational hours is wrong - or possibly something has changed since you've made this video. OH are measured by the number in lower right corner next to hourglass icon and seem to be based on real time. Accelerating game time does not accelerate operational hours. Of course with time acceleration the day ends so much faster and you'll have to pay the daily lease cost, but that is small sum compared to operational hour cost.
