"Farming in Fear" tells the story of Martha Boneta, a young, idealistic woman who fulfills her childhood dream of buying and operating a small organic farm; but actions by a web of connected groups and individuals threaten to put her out of business.

Excellent video. Spells out what I knew all along.
1) In-perpetuity agreements are largely NOT enforceable in most jurisdictions. To the point that the State spells it out in law that such agreements are void out of box, possibly in violation of the State Deceptive Trade Practices Law.
2) Fraud touching ANYTHING destroys the agreement, law, etc. Renders it VOID.
I won't sign an agreement that's not enforceable without putting "under duress" and I typically don't even go there. -

I would not touch them for love or money. I am a conservationist myself but If my conveyancing lawyer saw that on my contract for the land prior to me signing, I'd be directing him to strike that out of the contract. -
