One farmer in an English village recruited his flock of sheep for a marriage proposal. One word was written on the side of each sheep to spell out ‘Emily, will ewe marry me?’ When coming up with a creative marriage proposal, go with what you know best. A 34 year old sheep farmer in England recruited five members of his flock to spell out ‘Emily, will ewe marry me?’ painting each sheep with one word. ‘You’ was appropriately spelled ‘e-w-e’. The unique stunt paid off in the end as 22-year-old Emily Walker said yes and is now engaged to Henry Brown. As for why he chose to incorporate sheep into the proposal, Brown explained “We both work in the sheep farming sector, it felt an apt way to propose. You’ve got to make a bit of effort with these things..I just thought I would make it a bit of fun really.” Brown’s plans went off without a hitch. The couple had the day off and once they saw the flock was roaming in the wrong place, they did some investigating. When the pair got close, Walker was left trying to read the sprayed-on message on each creature and piece together the puzzle. Once she understood it, Brown got down on one knee and proposed the traditional way.
