My grandfather's farm suffered a severe drought in 1986. August of that year, he received a truckload of hay from farmers in Massachusetts. The Washington DC television stations came all the way to Scotland, Maryland to report on this story. I recorded the newcasts on a VHS tape back then. Our television signal from an antenna was not that great certain times of the day or week. This happened to be one of those evenings we had a weak signal, hence the reason for the video quality. Enjoy anyway!
