Laurie and Terry Carlson raise a herd of pampered goats on their farm in Dallas, Oregon. From the rich milk the herd produces, Laurie lovingly crafts a range of fresh goat cheese, pourable yogurt, ice cream and Skyr, an Icelandic spreadable cheese.
