One of the many new chillies on the scene, The Chocolate Nag'lah... What an incredibly hot pepper..... Choc Bhut x Naga x Douglah... One of Paul's creations.... the Naglah originally from Terry at Kernow chilli Farm. So how hot was it? Apart from the pain, pretty damn hot!! A definite Bhut and Naga burn (back of the throat) not a comfortable burn, but not overly unpleasant either.... And the flavour? Apart from the sweet/perfumey hints at the start... An over-all salty/savory flavour.. Great for Chutneys etc.. I picked up a sauce from Red Hawk saves here in the states made with Thai peppers, cayenne peppers, 7pot Douglas and brainstrain peppers and garlic. Its delicious but insanely hot, I have no clue how you don't think.

I was wondering what "F2" meant so I did a Google search and ran through the first 2 pages of links checking out peoples explanations for it, now I am more confused than ever. What does F1 F2 etc. mean for chilli growers? Also, does the "chocolate" simply describe the color or taste of the chilli (or both)? Thanks in advance Leo.
