One of the many new chillies on the scene, The Chocolate Nag'lah... What an incredibly hot pepper..... Choc Bhut x Naga x Douglah... One of Paul's creations.... the Naglah originally from Terry at Kernow chilli Farm. So how hot was it? Apart from the pain, pretty damn hot!! A definite Bhut and Naga burn (back of the throat) not a comfortable burn, but not overly unpleasant either.... And the flavour? Apart from the sweet/perfumey hints at the start... An over-all salty/savory flavour.. Great for Chutneys etc..
