Farms: Exploring Abandoned 1700s House

Exploring Abandoned 1700s House Built in the late 1700s, this colonial stone farm house sits vacant, wide open, and left to decay. Vandals have entered the home tagging every room. Not much history was found on this home, but what I could find is the home is dated 1789. Of course, additions were added onto this home as the years went on. Exploring this house was kind of neat. It seemed like a maze with how rooms were connected. Sad to see it in this condition. Also on the property was a small storage shed and another building which looked to be used as more storage, possibly a studio. Thanks for watching everyone! What a beautiful find!! Would love to have this and fix it up and I mean fix it up. Vandal jerks! I agree, that they must not have enough to do. They should all live on a farm and then they'd have enough to do. No wonder people learned respect back in the days, when there were so many farms! Thank you for this!

amazingly well built house withstood centuries.

Drop off a few rattlers for the vandals.

awesome find.

By the large part it looks like the house isn't beyond saving yet. Maybe that's why the tags are bugging me even more. If someone is going restore the property yet they will have a lot of extra job with scrubbing those off.

I'd love to have that kitchen. I'd possibly just kill for a kitchen like that with none of this modern day crap.
