My family and I love Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). Each week we look forward to the fresh fruits and vegetables from Tanaka Farms in Irvine, CA. It's just a few miles from where we live. Getting a large box of vegetables and fruit can be a little intimidating, but with just a few tips, it's easy to get started. Enjoy!

Would you mind doing another video or two so we can see how the box differs from week to week? Do you supplement this box of veggies and fruits or is this enough for your family for the week? How many does this box feed?

I agree that it is like getting a gift. I'm always excited to open up the box, wondering, "what will be in here this, week? Oh, grapes! Oh, there's a jar of jam! Oh, kale (again!)". Thanks for this video--I am never quite sure what to do with some of the items, and end up just putting everything in the fridge as-is (with sometimes not the best results). I'll try to follow your tips.
