On this edition of Emeril’s Florida, Emeril travels to Orlando, one of the great tourist destinations in the world. He begins at Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s new restaurant in Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs. Located in Walt Disney World, it is the newest restaurant for the famed “Iron Chef”. He takes Emeril on a tour of restaurant with stops along with way to sample some of Chef Morimoto’s creations along with his own brand of beer. Emeril’s next stop is The Coop located in Winter Park. Emeril and John Rivers discuss his career and also sample dishes from both concepts. Emeril then heads to the Primo at the JW Marriott in Orlando. Celebrity Chef Melissa Kelly co-founded the first Primo in Rockland, Maine in 2000 with her husband and pastry chef Price Kushner and in 2003 they opened a second location at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando. As one of the leaders in the farm-to-table movement, Chef Kelly has created a small farm on the JW Marriott property to grow ingredients for her restaurant. She takes Emeril on a tour of the farm and then they sample some of the signature dishes at Primo. In the final segment, Emeril prepares Cold Seafood Salad.
