A custom hop picker at Elk Mountain Farms in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. This is the Anheuser-Busch owned hop farm that is located on the 49th Parallel, the same as the hop farms in Germany. Goose Island uses a majority of these hops that are grown on its 1,700 acres.
