In the fourth and final part of this series, Hanover Shoe Farms Chairman Russell Williams and colleagues demonstrate the principals behind the farm and the task oriented goals and structure that give function to the massive operation while President and CEO Jim Simpson highlights some of the great sires that have left their everlasting mark on Hanover Shoe Farms and the entire Standardbred breed. The series concludes with Williams guiding a visit to the Hanover Shoe Farms cemetery, where some of the greatest pacers and trotters of the last century are laid peacefully to rest.
