Farms: Dark Souls 3 - Fast Sharp Gem + Ember Farming Spot

Back with another quick Dark Souls 3 video, this time I showcase how to quickly farm Sharp Gems and Embers in the Catacombs of Carthus. They also drop Titanite Shards quite often, with the occasional Large Titanite Shard. Alongside the Mound Makers covenant item Vertabra Shackle. As far as I know there isn't another area/monster that drops Sharp Gems and they are incredibly useful if you're using a Dex heavy weapon such as the Uchigatana. Sharp weapons have a Dexterity Scaling of A-C across the board and the weapons can also be buffed with Spells or Resins so this is a very effective Infusion. Remember to boost your Item Discovery as much as possible with the following items: - Symbol of Avarice (Rare drop from Mimics) - Covetous Gold Serpent Ring (Profaned Capital, jump through a window from the church roof) The drop rate for Sharp Gems is rare however in one hour I received 7, averaging just under 2 minutes per round. Tried to farm refinend gems both in lotric castle near princes and in dancer and in about 150 runs on each always with coins active i only did the 100% first drop chance one on dancer! 150+150*4=750 red eyes knights and 0 gems dropped! Any good solutions?

Thanks for showing the route. Unfortunely this is really annoying, especially for a strength build who has no intelligence skill... therefore the rapier makes almost no damage

At 360 item discovery (Symbol of Avarice, Gold Serpent Ring, Rusted Gold Coin). Took me 20 minutes, to find anything, and I got 2 that same run.

Thanks for the video. I'd be nice if the game didn't force you to farm just to have more then two or three good weapons, but I guess there's no getting around it.

Dislikes are from salty people who are obviously too impatient and expect everything to be handed to them on a plate. Ignore that, this is the BEST place to farm Sharp Gems in the game.
