You can get the black knight great sword in the ruins after you go past the forest with all of the red eyed jesus things. You go past the two and turn to your left in the ruins and the great knight is standing there.

The Black Knight Great sword... just farm that knight from Farron perimeter bonfire or halfway bonfire. Where the Farron Coal is located.

Are you sure the profaned GSword gets fire damage? I know it is in flames, but I think it just add to the physical damage only, and not fire dmg.

I believe you can buy the lothric greatsword from greirat after he smuggles Irithyll.

the farron greatsword scales A in dex and C in strength When fully upgraded

Despite the dual C scaling, don't bother Quality infusing the Greatsword as the AR actually gets LOWERED, so it's better if you just leave the weapon un-infused. (I'm convinced that this is a bug as there are other weapons that have this happen, but I'm not sure so don't take my theory as fact.)
