This is my favorite method of cutting a circle out of wood. Works for all diameter.

Two suggestions lay out 2x4 dry draw the circle so you can avoid the screws. also cover the initial 2x with painters tap to leave on as a brace for both clamping and to use a handle for sping on the table saw. Great videos

Great idea and some helpful tips.
I'd like to share one with you, consider a portable fan with adjustable pedestal to use to direct sawdust away from your work area.

The screws are a waste of time. Been edge gluing for 20 years.

Your perforating your table saw Dan. It must be one of your junk table saws. I just cannot do that to my beloved table saw.

Bad idea. You cut thru screws. Dangerous at worst, ruined blades at best.

Great video Dan. I supposed this same technique would work for 3/4 plywood or would there be a danger of kickback?
