Farms: Cruelty to Baby Calves at Veal Farm in Ohio
Productivity | Information | History | View | Quality
Bob Barker narrates a new Mercy For Animals hidden camera investigation into one of the nation's top veal producers. The footage reveals baby calves chained by their necks inside 2-feet wide wooden stalls -- so narrow they cannot turn around, walk, run, play, socialize with other animals, or engage in other basic natural behaviors for their entire lives. Join Mercy For Animals, and Mr. Barker, in urging grocery chains Costco Wholesale and Giant Eagle to immediately remove veal from their store shelves -- much of which comes from the company investigated. Please send polite emails to Costco's CEO, James Sinegal, at jsinegal@costco.com and Giant Eagle's CEO David Shapira, at david.shapira@gianteagle.com Learn more at http://www.MercyForAnimals.org

Thanx for uploading this. I was born and raised a lacto veggie, turned to non veg., returned to lacto ovo veg. and very very seriously contemplating going Vegan now. I'm also Agnostic - dabbling between intelligent creator and scientific evolution theories, respecting both as of now.

Bob said it best: veal production is both abusive and totally unacceptable.

@Jexyss It's good you don't buy veal - but do you buy milk?
