Those r not all bulls. They r replacement heifers. Heifers r female cows that have not had a calf yet or r not 2 years old. And replacement heifers r heifers that replace the older cows that leave the dairy every year because they don't produce enough milk. That is how diaries mainly start out I bet, with heifers. They also might start with a few cows and heifers too
