The Olthuis family farm was started in the 1920s by their grandfather who literally cleared the land by hand. The farm was passed to his sons who expanded the acreage immensely over the years. Today, Zach and his brother Seth each farm 1000 acres of wheat and canola. Zach and Mary oversee more than just the crops. They have two small children, Levi and Kate.
