Farms: Cornell NYC Food Hubs Program: Fresh Produce Distribution & Nutrition Education in Queens

First Presbyterian Church Food Hub located in Jamaica, Queens purchases fresh produce direct from New York MarketMaker farmers on a biweekly basis. The congregation members and food hub participants from 4 neighboring churches visit the food hub, pick up their fresh produce orders regularly and receive nutrition education and advise about healthy eating by CUCE-NYC nutrition educators.
