It's great to see small-scale farmers raising meat products the old fashioned way. It's a good life for the animals, the products are healthy and more tasty for consumers, and it's good stewardship for the land. It is also wonderful to see a young person, such as Jason Ireland in the video, interested in farming. Everyone on the planet needs farmers to produce food. Bravo to the Ireland family!
