Organic is still the best to me!
However I feel it is good to explore sciences like gm modified foods too. Improving nutritional content of agricultural products and send it to areas where the climate is not suitable for growing such crops. This could prevent deficiency diseases among the populace.
Another concern is the pollution.... but things are working out... just takes time. I am not a fan of quality control through buyer seller rapport ..... trust vs profits..... Profits wins out. Also... the common people who do not understand ingredients can be easily deceived.
Organic or gm modified are both legitimate procedures.... safety legislation is still needed for both. Legislation and monitoring bodies could be set up though.
Farmer co-operatives.....
