it seems to me....that, while the religious orders should take a 'lot of the flak' there remains the unanswered questions surrounding the absues of children in Mental hospitals...put there by the religious orders...who ;suffered further abuses' at the hands of the HEALTH BOARDS/MENTAL HOSPITALS....(now managed by the HSE...who, believe it or not.....are denying abuses occurred on Industrial schools, and mental hospitals,....on behalf of the 'old health boards' and yes...the religious orders as well!...then, there is the Depts of Education/Justice....(the Justice Dept operates the COURTS SERVICES!); ....very little 'info' has been provided by the justice dept's state of knowledge regarding Institutional abuses.....(at least, thats what we're told).........the dept of Education....well....that dept's wrongs etc-is KNOWN anyway...
