This doesn't make me want to stop eating meat it just makes me want to stop eating meat from those kinds of factories
-
omg I hate these people doing this 😭
-
We should be punishing vegans. Like wtf your drinking water. That's a fishes home.

I am not anti-meat, but meat should be eaten very sparingly. I worked as a butcher and will admit it reduced the amount of meat I consume. People's desire for meat and their distance from the process of slaughter creates this sort of a situation. You would feel differently if you had to kill the animal you were eating. You would also be MUCH less likely to waste anything. We should be at a point where meat cells are grown instead of having to kill these VAST numbers of animals.
It is these factory farms that are essentially hell for animals. This is where we might be reincarnated after we die. I think this is the true HELL. -

You know, today methods of killing animals now are more humane than they were fifty years ago. And it give more food at a higher rate than it was fifty years ago - slaughtering animals is not new.
Killing animals while still alive is not new. We've been doing this for the entirety of our existence as a human race.
If killing the animals out of the need to get of stress, that is wrong
Killing animals because you enjoy it, is wrong
Killing animals for a purpose without malice, is not wrong
If you don't have to like it. But shutting down an industry because you couldn't handle it, is stupid.
Don't like it, you don't have to
Don't work in that industry
Don't like humans killing animals? That why machines sometimes do it instead of humans
The thing I only disapprove of is the bashing of animals with clubs and on the floor. Blunt force trauma while can sometimes kill in time, takes time. If you must kill them, cut their throats to ensure a quick death. Or drown them and make sure they did not suffer long.
If a diseased cow is down, shoot it and give the carcass to the scavengers. Keep the areas clean so no sickness spread
If a chicken has to be disposed, cut off its head fast and swift so it's death is just as fast.
Don't destroy an industry, take away jobs from fellow Americans. Instead put forth regulations ensuring that if the animals must die, they die swiftly
Ensure that the environment they are living in the final days of their lives are comfortable and clean -
honestly yeah I can for some odd reason I only care about dogs and cats but I enjoy the suffering and well being of other species including people I love how they squirm to survive there sadness the emotions give me the most satisfying feeling on the world.Go ahead criticize me IDC

being vegetarian doesn't mean nothing, you're still torturing animals for their milk.
-
Majority of those people are probably going to continue to eat factory farm produced meats

If the whole world becomes vegan, aren't we just smh indirectly competing with the animals for food? I mean, in the past, animal population was controlled because of hunting and the predator prey cycle. They kill what they need only in order to survive. But can you imagine imbalanced and overpopulated animals? Isn't it going to throw off the whole food chain cycle and ecosystem? Are there going to be plant factories too? I'm pretty sure humans will always be humans, when we all become vegan, there is gonna be plant factories and so much more chemicals and shit that goes through what we eat in order to satisfy the large amount of consumers. Factories respond to whatever is highly demanded in and will use all sorts of mean in order to get the most efficient, money-making process. Who knows what kind of genetically modifying chemical might be injected into our plants in the future to be more "more appealing to humans"

Here is the thing... I watched all this and yes, I felt bad... but the people don't realize that this is the real problem, not eating meat! Meat is fundamental, even with your vegan bla bla bla is still vital and there are proof to this (if you are ignorant I won't engage in a conversation, I'm a biologist with 10 years of research, with Phd ecc don't have time)... The problem is only "the farm" that is the only problem... I am not an american, I live and work in Italy and in Italy even if they are not so many, there are farms runned by real farmers that threat they're animals with love and there is where I take my meat... the problem is that there are not competitive in the market and they are dying... if you wanna make a serious change you don't go VEGAN and shit... you try to not buy the meat from the market and go straight by someone that you know that loves his animals and yes kills it with no pain and torture

I'm officially a vegetarian.
