    I don't know maybe you figured it out before but the Longbow Sniper counts like an E - Tech - rarity gun on your backpack. I just got my sweet lvl 72 - Version of the Lognbow and was pretty surprised. There were my Butcher, my Legendaries my E - Techs and suddenly I saw the Longbow between my Plasma Caster and Topnea. It was not near my other Legendaries. I tested it with all my character's and always the same.
